We’re looking for a Head of Political and Issue Advocacy to join our team in Washington DC and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale. We’re not just building technology, we’re rewriting the rules of advertising. Your Challenge As Head of Political and Issue Advocacy, you will Strategy & Leadership

• Own and define the Political vertical strategy across the market.
• Build and scale a high-performing sales function focused on political and advocacy clients.
• Identify growth opportunities aligned with key election cycles and market dynamics. Revenue & Business Growth
• Drive new business and revenue growth across political agencies, PACs, advocacy groups and government entities.
• Develop long-term partnerships with top-tier political agencies and consultants.
• Lead complex, high-value deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Client & Industry Leadership
• Act as a thought leader in political advertising, representing Seedtag in key industry events and forums.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the political ecosystem, including agencies, strategists, data partners and media buyers.
• Translate market trends such as CTV growth, cookieless targeting and contextual AI into clear commercial opportunities. Product & Innovation
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to tailor solutions for political use cases.
• Position Seedtag’s neuro-contextual capabilities within a highly regulated and sensitive environment.
• Bring market insights back into the business to help evolve the product and go-to-market approach. What You’ll Need to Succeed
• 10+ years of experience in digital media or AdTech sales, ideally within political or public affairs.
• Proven experience working with political agencies, advocacy groups and/or government clients.
• Strong network across the political media ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of CTV, programmatic and contextual or cookieless strategies.
• Track record of closing high-value, strategic deals.
