Develop and implement strategies to support the academic success of online students at Purdue University. Lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional support and resources to online students. Collaborate with various departments and faculty to ensure a seamless online learning experience for students. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in online education to continuously improve the student experience. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive environment for online students to thrive in. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions to support student success. Act as a liaison between the online student population and the university administration, advocating for the needs and concerns of students. Develop and facilitate training and workshops for faculty and staff on effective online teaching and learning strategies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of student success initiatives and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes. Serve as a resource for students, providing guidance and support in navigating online learning platforms and resources. Develop and maintain relationships with online student organizations and clubs to enhance the student experience. Represent Purdue University at conferences and events related to online education and student success. Maintain a thorough understanding of university policies and procedures related to online learning and student success.
