Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Analyst to join the HR Compliance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our fingerprint and background‑check processing, ensuring that all data is accurate, secure, and compliant with TSA, U.S. Customs, and other federal regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the HR Compliance team’s workflow by collecting, entering, and validating fingerprint and personal investigation results.
  • Coordinate with TSA, airport authorities, U.S. Customs, and the U.S. Postal Service to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance.
  • Process daily FBI fingerprint submissions into the Access database, troubleshooting any data discrepancies promptly.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR compliance reports and dashboards, collaborating closely with HRIS and ERP systems.
  • Conduct high‑level audits of fingerprint applications, verifying accuracy and managing re‑submissions to the TSA Clearinghouse.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on government requirements, inbound/outbound processes, and data handling best practices.
  • Interpret large data sets to generate actionable insights that support strategic HR decisions.
  • Collaborate regularly with cross‑functional partners, including security, operations, and IT, to resolve compliance issues.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all compliance activities to support internal and external audits.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with criminal history records checks (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
  • Hands‑on experience with Access or similar relational database tools for data entry and query creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and produce clear, concise reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for interacting with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
