Position Overview

As a Part-Time Cloud Solutions Customer Success Associate at ArenaFlex, you will provide technical expertise and support through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installations, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise solutions. You will play a critical role in helping the sales team evaluate potential uses of our products to address client challenges and prepare detailed product recommendations for the development and implementation of client applications and solutions.

This position is ideal for students or professionals seeking flexiblePart-Time work arrangements who want to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level cloud technology. You'll work approximately 8 hours per week in a remote capacity, providing support to clients and internal teams while having the flexibility to balance other commitments. The compensation is competitive at $26 per hour, with opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Solution Design: Apply foundational technical knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructure to meet business and information technology requirements. Analyze client needs and translate them into practical technical solutions that address identified limitations and challenges.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the client by understanding and articulating client feedback, concerns, and insights. Identify and communicate technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and opportunities that relate to client success. Share this valuable input with internal teams through established channels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Request input from cross-functional teams to develop proposals for practical solutions based on specific technical products. Exhibit foundational technical concepts and demonstrate solution capabilities through design collaboration meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in assessing potential use of company products to address client needs. Prepare detailed product specifications and recommendations for the development and implementation of client applications and solutions. Contribute to the creation of compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Research and Analysis: Support research initiatives and contribute to assessing studies for clients to evaluate potential intellectual property needs or process improvements. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in external designer community events such as conferences, courses, technical meetups, webcasts, and hackathons. Share learnings and best practices with internal teams to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Technical Development: Engage in conversations around engineering design, architecture reviews, and technical development that result in production solution applications and increased client business value. Ensure that client environments and applications are well-architected and optimized for performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical implementations, and solution configurations. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Academic Status: Must have at least one additional quarter or semester of academic study remaining following the completion of the internship or position tenure. This ensures commitment to the role while maintaining educational pursuits.
  • Technical Aptitude: Foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts, software development principles, and IT infrastructure. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong presentation and demonstration skills are essential.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Genuine passion for technology and client-focused service. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • CollaborationAbilities: Experience with partner and stakeholder management across senior leaders, technology partners, and end clients. Comfortable working in team environments and cross-functional projects.

  • Cloud Certification: Technical certification in Cloud platforms (for example Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). While not required, cloud certifications demonstrate commitment to professional development and technical excellence.
