Position Overview

As a Remote Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our online retail store. You will engage in real-time text-based conversations, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance on a wide range of topics including product information, order inquiries, navigation support, and general customer service issues. Full training is provided, so prior paid experience in live chat support is not required—just a willingness to learn, a friendly demeanor, and basic English writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming live chat inquiries from customers visiting arenaflex's online store in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, promotions, shipping policies, and general store navigation.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refund requests using arenaflex's internal systems.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and personalization.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Online Chat Manager or appropriate department when necessary.
  • Evaluate customer interactions regularly to identify patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Build genuine relationships with new and returning customers by actively listening to their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's product catalog, policies, and promotional campaigns through ongoing training.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM and ticketing systems.
