Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑oriented Customer Service Executive to become a cornerstone of the arenaflex front‑of‑house team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for every guest, shaping their perception from the moment they walk through our doors to the final farewell. Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Greeting & Reception: Warmly welcome every guest with a genuine smile, creating an immediate sense of belonging.
  • Reservation Management: Efficiently handle phone, online, and in‑person reservations, confirming details and coordinating seating to maximize flow.
  • Table Guidance & Seating: Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and provide brief overviews of the dining experience.
  • Menu Expertise: Offer thoughtful recommendations, answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairing options, and ensure guests feel confident in their selections.
  • Order Accuracy: Take food and beverage orders with precision, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and verify that all special requests are communicated clearly.
  • Service Coordination: Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service staff to guarantee timely delivery of dishes, maintaining a seamless dining rhythm.
  • Customer Inquiry & Issue Resolution: Address questions, concerns, and complaints promptly, turning potential challenges into positive experiences.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Keep the dining floor tidy, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards, including table settings and ambiance.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately handle cash, credit, and digital transactions, ensuring proper billing and receipt issuance.
  • Feedback Collection: Encourage guests to share their experiences, capture valuable feedback, and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within a fast‑paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse clientele.
  • Proven track record of handling high‑volume environments while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations, menu terminology, and food safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or culinary certifications are a plus.

  • Experience with reservation and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems such as OpenTable, Resy, or Toast.
  • Fluency in multiple languages to better serve an international guest base.
