Position Overview – Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Representative

This full‑time, remote role is a cornerstone of our Claims Coordination Team. You will serve as the primary conduit for entering, validating, and processing claims data, ensuring that every piece of information is accurate, complete, and ready for downstream analysis.   • Invoice Review: Examine invoices attached to claims for accuracy, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with finance to resolve issues.
  • Report Generation: Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports that summarize claim volumes, status trends, and key performance indicators for senior management.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform routine audits of entered data to ensure compliance with arenaflex’s data‑governance standards and industry regulations.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide courteous, solution‑focused communication to internal claim processors, answering questions and offering guidance on data requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in an administrative, data entry, or customer service role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and web‑based applications.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies in large data sets.
  • Strong written communication skills and a professional, courteous phone demeanor.
