Position Overview – Senior Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote, EST)

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end client journey on the arenaflex platform. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor for our portfolio of influencer marketing brands, guiding them from onboarding through campaign execution, performance analysis, and growth. Your strategic mindset, proactive problem‑solving, and passion for delivering exceptional service will directly influence client retention, upsell opportunities, and the overall success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Activation: Lead comprehensive onboarding calls, walk new clients through the arenaflex platform, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Tailored Deployment Strategies: Design and execute customized deployment plans that align with each client’s business objectives, audience, and budget constraints.
  • Proactive Issue Management: Monitor client health metrics, anticipate challenges, and intervene early to prevent churn and maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Account Growth & Upsell: Identify expansion opportunities, develop strategic upsell proposals, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing client services in an influencer marketing or digital agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding, retaining, and expanding a portfolio of B2B or B2C clients.
