Customer Service Representative II
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will handle receipt of customer orders, resolving any missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements. This will include entering orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding order changes. This is a fully remote, Full-time position within the United States with M-F business hours. Responsibilities: Work within a team with responsibility for all regions within the US for customer support Deliver accuracy in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns Provide flexible support to multiple duties at one time Learn product lines and be able to assist with any Customer Service calls to provide support Counsel Customers on basic information concerning return policies, availability, packaging, price and general information found on product literature Utilize the CAIR program for resolutions on general comments and complaints
Qualifications
