US-Perf Mgmt/Standardization Analyst Lead

As a Performance Management / Standardization Analyst Lead at R1, you will play a critical role in driving operational performance through data analysis, reporting, and process standardization. This role combines hands-on revenue cycle analytics with advanced data capabilities, including building reports, writing SQL queries, and developing dashboards to uncover insights and improve outcomes across the business. You will act as a key partner to operations and leadership, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that support client performance, revenue improvement, and workflow optimization

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support performance tracking. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Support revenue cycle operations by resolving issues and optimizing workflows. Drive process standardization and reporting consistency across teams. Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, or data analytics (2–5+ years preferred) Strong proficiency in: SQL (required) Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Excel and reporting tools Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements Strong attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
