We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are currently looking for a high-energy, structured, and hungry Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Support & Account Management: Stay in touch with current partners, promptly answer their questions, and assist with any technical or organizational matters. Traffic Monitoring: Daily track the quality and volume of incoming traffic, analyzing core metrics. Sourcing & Onboarding: Actively search for new webmasters, media buyers, and affiliate teams through chats, forums, and social media. Confidently handle cold outreach and close deals. What We Expect From You (Requirements): Core iGaming Knowledge: You clearly know what CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid and you understand the difference between a click and a first-time deposit (FTD). Experience: Have around 6 months of experience in another affiliate program or network Languages: Fluent and grammatically correct written and spoken Ukrainian and English. Analytical/Technical Mindset: A degree in STEM, Tech, or Economics is a strong advantage. We are looking for people who are great with logic and math. If you have a background in humanities, you must be a mega-extroverted communicator who can still crunch numbers quickly in your head. Your Interests: It will be awesome if you are into sports, crypto, or actively use AI tools in your daily life/work. Your Soft Skills: Top-Notch Communication: You easily find common ground with anyone, know how to listen, build strong arguments, and love networking. Cold outreach motivates rather than scares you. Analytical Skills: Solid skills in Excel / Google Sheets; ability to see the trends behind the data and evaluate your own performance through numbers. High Efficiency: You don't wait around for someone to give you a task or remind you of a deadline. You know how to filter the noise and just get things done.
