Role Overview We’re looking for a Research Analyst to study how ideas move through the is.fun ecosystem. You’ll analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and content trends to uncover what resonates, what spreads, and why. This role blends analytical rigor with creative curiosity — turning data into insights that guide product decisions, content strategy, and platform growth. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and AI teams to translate signals from the Ism network into clear, actionable understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and platform performance data Identify emerging trends, patterns, and correlations within the Ism network Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for product and marketing teams Build dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate insights and outcomes Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, and user segmentation studies Partner with AI and engineering teams to design and evaluate experiments Produce regular reports and briefings on performance, behavior, and trend evolution Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or analytics-related roles Strong analytical skills using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar) Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences Familiarity with social platforms, digital behavior, or content analytics High attention to data accuracy, structure, and presentation Comfort working with evolving, creative, or AI-driven data sets Nice to Have · Background in data journalism, digital culture, or trend forecasting · Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or sentiment analysis · Experience integrating qualitative insights with quantitative research Who You Are You’re analytical, curious, and creative — someone who sees stories in data.
