Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Appian-based solutions that accelerate and improve business processes. Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design and build scalable applications. Translate business and process requirements into practical solutions within the Appian platform. Contribute to improvements, integrations, and technical architecture discussions. Help organisations rethink how work gets done — making processes faster, smarter, and more efficiently. Required Skills and Experience Hands-on experience with Appian; Appian certification is a plus. Strong affinity with process automation, low-code platforms, and integrations. Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Higher education background in IT, computer science, or a business-related field. Proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to experiment, learn, and share knowledge with others.
