Position Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executives to join arenaflex in a rewarding work-from-home capacity. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of arenaflex, assisting customers with their account-related queries and ensuring a smooth, seamless experience throughout their journey with us. You will handle inbound customer communications, troubleshoot technical issues related to account opening processes, and guide customers toward successful completion of their tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Receive and professionally handle inbound calls from customers who are experiencing difficulties with account opening processes. Ensure each interaction is resolved satisfactorily.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer issues accurately and provide effective solutions. Guide customers step-by-step through account opening procedures to ensure successful completion.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support related to online account creation, verification processes, document submission, and troubleshooting common errors encountered during registration.
  • Customer Education: Educate customers on available features, benefits, and best practices for using our services. Ensure customers feel confident and informed throughout their experience.
  • Partner Development: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to partnership programs that can enhance their income. Build lasting relationships that benefit both the customer and arenaflex.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues resolved, and feedback received. Report trends and suggestions for process improvement.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all operational guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure customer data privacy and security protocols are strictly followed.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and customer service best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve individual and team goals. Share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board or equivalent. Higher qualifications are always appreciated and considered advantageous.
  • Experience: Freshers welcome! We value attitude and aptitude over extensive prior experience. Candidates with 0 to 10 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate clearly and empathetically.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet applications. Comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong desire to help customers succeed. Patient, understanding, and solution-focused approach.
  • Availability: Willingness to work in the designated shift schedules and commits to joining within 7 days of selection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or technical support roles
  • Knowledge of basic banking or financial services processes
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Experience handling inbound customer communications
  • Understanding of common technical issues related to online account creation

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Attractive monthly salary ranging from ₹18,500 to ₹27,000, depending on experience and performance.
  • Mobile Allowance: Additional mobile data allowance to ensure seamless connectivity for work purposes.

Work Schedule Details

Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday (half-day) until 2:00 PM. Sunday is fixed as a holiday.

Part-Time Position: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Provides flexibility for students or those seeking supplementary income.

Both positions offer fixed salaries with no target-based pressure, ensuring a comfortable transition into the role.
