Position Overview – Inbound Customer Service Representative (Remote – Texas)

This full‑time, work‑from‑home role offers a stable $14 per hour wage, a predictable Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (no weekends), and a clear path for advancement. Key Responsibilities

  • High‑Volume Call Management: Answer inbound calls promptly, adhering to service level agreements and maintaining a calm, helpful tone.
  • Account Assistance: Review customer accounts, update information, and guide callers through billing questions, certification steps, and renewal procedures.
  • Portal Support: Help customers navigate the arenaflex online portal, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify root causes of customer concerns, provide clear solutions, and follow up as needed to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Accurately log interactions in the CRM system, noting details that aid future support and analytics.
  • Compliance & Security: Follow all data protection policies, verify customer identity, and protect sensitive information at all times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular coaching sessions, share best practices, and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a legal resident of Texas and able to provide a valid Texas driver’s license or other proof of residency upon hire.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • At least two years of professional customer service experience, preferably in billing or account support.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.

  • Desktop or laptop running Windows 10 (or newer) with an Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) processor—or better.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Direct Ethernet connection (Wi‑Fi is not acceptable for production).
  • Consistent internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
  • Two monitors (a television screen can serve as the second monitor).
  • Ergonomic keyboard and mouse.
  • Webcam for occasional video check‑ins.
