Position Overview – What You’ll Do as a Customer Support Response Specialist

As a Remote Customer Support Response Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice of safety for drivers who rely on our cutting‑edge assistance programs.   • Assess the nature of each call—ranging from routine destination assistance to emergency collision notifications—and determine the appropriate response protocol.
  • Deliver clear, concise instructions for services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands‑free Destination Assist, and Stolen Vehicle Locator.
  • Maintain a caring, sympathetic demeanor, ensuring callers feel heard and reassured, especially during high‑stress situations.
  • Document call details accurately in the arenax system, noting actions taken, outcomes, and any follow‑up requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal escalation teams when calls require advanced technical or medical expertise.
  • Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and safety standards set by arenaflex and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through ongoing training and self‑directed learning.
