Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze incoming documents to identify relevant data points and accurately input them into the FACIS database.
  • Conduct supplemental research when necessary, including contacting data authorities for clarification on document interpretation.
  • Maintain clear, concise communication with managers, peers, and stakeholders regarding data acquisition, transformation processes, and any challenges encountered.
  • Document and articulate data transformation procedures to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Take ownership of periodic and ad‑hoc projects, delivering results on time and with high quality.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, proactively using available resources before escalating issues.
  • Meet and exceed established quality and efficiency benchmarks, consistently completing items in the Data Entry queue.
  • Continuously test new methods and workflows, prioritizing excellence and error‑free execution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot inconsistencies, verify data accuracy, and produce error‑free work on the first pass.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze documents, interpret ambiguous information, and make sound decisions about data classification.
