Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing & Delivery Communication: Provide accurate, timely pricing and delivery estimates to customers, translating technical specifications into clear business terms.
  • Quotation & Order Creation: Generate and process customer quotations and sales orders using our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform (IFS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
  • Documentation Management: Issue and dispatch order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices, maintaining meticulous records for audit and customer reference.
