Key Responsibilities

  • Order Capture & Processing: Respond promptly to inbound customer calls and digital inquiries, entering orders into SAP with precision and speed to guarantee sales are recorded correctly.
  • Issue Resolution: Leverage a suite of support tools—including SAP research, internal knowledge bases, and cross‑department collaboration—to resolve customer questions, complaints, and product concerns.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed departmental scorecards and metrics, continuously seeking ways to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Relationship Building: Develop genuine rapport with each customer, practicing active listening to uncover hidden needs and offering consultative recommendations that enhance satisfaction.
  • Retention & Upsell Opportunities: Identify moments to suggest alternative products, promote ongoing deals, and protect the brand’s reputation by handling out‑of‑stock scenarios with tact and creativity.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights and best practices with peers, contribute to a supportive team environment, and assist supervisors with additional duties as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation.

Compensation & Benefits
