Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and technical teams to relay guest feedback, identify trends, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on contact volume, resolution rates, and emerging issues, supporting leadership in strategic decision‑making.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Assist in updating internal knowledge articles and FAQs to ensure the most current information is available to both guests and teammates.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to arenaflex’s data protection policies, ensuring all guest data is handled securely and responsibly.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
