- Seeking an experienced Java Developer (Tech Lead) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies and provide technical leadership to development teams while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technology decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support application testing, deployment, and production releases.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain project artifacts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Java Development.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience leading development teams and providing technical direction.
- Strong knowledge of application design and development methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise application development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
- Knowledge of modern Java frameworks and tools.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience working on enterprise-scale projects.
- Java-related certifications are a plus.
