Role Description The Fractional CFO/CPA – Cost Reduction is a part-time, remote role focused on introducing your contacts to our cost-reduction services in return for residual income.
Qualifications
- Strong finance foundation, including Finance and Financial Planning skills to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to interpret, prepare, and present clear financial analyses to stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess cost drivers, evaluate financial risks, and identify actionable savings opportunities.
- Current CPA license or equivalent professional accounting credential; prior experience as a CFO, controller, or senior finance leader is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or health sharing models, especially in cost containment and margin improvement, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity, manage multiple priorities, and communicate complex financial information in a clear, accessible way.
- High integrity, commitment to mission-driven work, and a collaborative approach to partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams.
