Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Role Overview Join our dedicated team at Green Life Counseling Center as a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this role, you will provide vital support and counseling to individuals within our community health clinic setting, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in social work.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid LCSW license in North Carolina.
• Experience in clinical social work, particularly in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
