Key Responsibilities

  • Client Welcome & Onboarding: Greet premium members virtually, ensuring a warm, professional introduction that sets the tone for a seamless experience.
  • End‑to‑End Service Delivery: Own the client journey from initial contact through resolution, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate solutions.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Leverage deep product knowledge to suggest travel, dining, entertainment, and lifestyle services that align with each member’s preferences.
  • Travel & Reservation Support: Assist with flight, hotel, and ground‑transport bookings, including last‑minute changes and special requests.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering high‑level service to premium or high‑net‑worth clients.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
