  • Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage a variety of online events.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define event goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the logistics of virtual platforms, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to improve future events.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with marketing and promotion of events.
  • Knowledge of budget management and financial reporting.
