The day-to-day work is a fluid mix of web management, responding to client questions and concerns, technical support, and client training.

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with English speaking clients onboarding their new website builds Help clients through email, phone, screen-share meetings. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships Delegating Tasks or Project to Team members Liaising with cross-functional internal teams including the customer service team and the website design project team to improve the entire customer experience Monitor and assess client’s sites to ensure that we provide high-quality products Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on the needs of the client. Ensuring to set correct expectations, timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client's needs and objectives Meeting required monthly KPIs set by management Will be reporting directly to US Branded Sites Manager Job Requirements Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills Experience on CMS such as Squarespace, Wix or Wordpress is a PLUS Project Management or Account Management experience Knowledge on HTML/CSS is a PLUS Must be an experienced, confident, and diligent problem solver Must be hardworking and proactive Must be willing to work full shift in PST Timezone SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required MUST have the latest Operating System Windows 11 64bit / Mac Ventura / Sonoma 16GB with 100GB Free disk space MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must 20 mbps minimum wired connection for main isp Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed) Back up power source Magic word: Yloper Starting rate: Php 40,000 Ylopo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants based on race, religion, color, disability, medical condition, legally protected genetic information, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity or expression, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions), age, veteran status or other legally protected characteristics.
