Job Description

This role provides functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, with a primary focus on Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials (FIN), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). The Analyst – Business Applications Intermediate supports day-to-day operations, incident resolution, system enhancements, and user support while contributing to system stability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also assists with Oracle Fusion user provisioning and security administration, working under established security models and governance standards. The individual collaborates closely with senior analysts, functional teams, and IT partners to ensure Oracle Fusion applications effectively support business operations in a secure and compliant healthcare environment. This position may be remote, hybrid, or on-site, based on candidate preference and business needs. Essential Duties and Job Functions Provide application support for all Oracle Fusion HCM, FIN, and SCM modules, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution. Serve as a primary or secondary support resource for Oracle Fusion business users, responding to incidents, service requests, and questions. Assist with Oracle Fusion user provisioning activities, including user account setup, role assignments, role removals, and access troubleshooting. Perform basic analysis of security roles, privileges, and data access to help identify access issues or missing permissions. Assist in testing and validating security changes, role updates, and periodic access reviews. Support functional configuration activities, enhancements, and patches within Oracle Fusion modules. Participate in system testing efforts, including regression testing and validation of new functionality or fixes. Assist with documentation of application processes, configurations, and support procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Compliance, and Security to support business needs. Support audit and compliance requests by assisting with access reviews, user listings, and supporting documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within application support procedures. Escalate complex issues appropriately while continuing to build Oracle Fusion functional and security expertise. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications. Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (HCM, FIN, SCM, or related modules). Exposure to Oracle Fusion Security concepts, including roles, privileges, and role assignments. Experience supporting user provisioning and access management activities. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Basic understanding of application security, compliance, and access controls. Prior experience in a healthcare or other regulated industry preferred. Skills and Attributes Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain Management. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion navigation, configuration, and support processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to follow established procedures while escalating issues when appropriate. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Willingness to learn and grow into advanced Oracle Fusion functional or security expertise. High level of professionalism and integrity, particularly when handling sensitive or regulated data.
