Massage Therapist Junior Recruiter
Description Join Our Growing Talent Acquisition Team as a Junior Recruiter! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITING FOR OR MANAGING A SPA BUSINESS AND BE LOCATED NEAR A PCRK GROUP LOCATION. PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring massage therapists, understands the wellness industry, and is confident guiding candidates through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
- Support hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting needs
- Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment materials
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting massage therapists (required)
- Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets
- Strong objection-handling skills when speaking with candidates
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities-Computer knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
