Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends, seasonal demand cycles, and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for new product categories.
  • Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑potential sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and one‑on‑one presentations, guiding them through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Data‑Driven Consultation: Leverage analytics and performance dashboards to provide sellers with actionable insights on pricing, inventory management, and fulfillment best practices.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Design and implement go‑to‑market strategies that attract key marketplace players, increase SKU count, and expand arenaflex’s product selection footprint.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and enhance the overall seller experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of seller interactions, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using Excel and internal CRM tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share feedback from sellers and market observations with product and engineering teams to influence platform enhancements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or account‑management experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through consultative, solution‑focused selling.
  • Strong passion for introducing new products to emerging markets and helping sellers succeed online.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office suite applications.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear business recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct e‑commerce experience, particularly in onboarding third‑party sellers.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales or related product categories.
  • Hands‑on experience with digital sales tools, CRM platforms, or marketplace management software.
  • Previous exposure to remote work environments and virtual team collaboration.
