Temporary IT Administrator (50086)
St. Anne's Family Services is dedicated to transforming lives and communities, and they are seeking a Temporary IT Administrator to join their team and be a vital part of this mission. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining inventory, managing user accounts, and processing purchase orders to support the organization's operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a ticketing system
- Maintain accurate inventory for all St. Anne's offices using Fresh Service ticketing system
- Maintain user and computer via Active Directory Users and Computers
- Manage security cameras in coordination with Human Resources
- Collect printer usage reading quarterly and maintaining an updated databased of printers across all St. Anne's campuses
- Process purchase orders for equipment or software's with complete record keeping
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related technical discipline with an IT focus
- A valid CA Drivers License with ability to travel to all St. Anne's sites
