Responsibilities

- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Taiwanese language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Native-level fluency in Taiwanese
- Deep, practical understanding of the language's nuances
- Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills
