Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will provide comprehensive administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the claims coordination team, your daily responsibilities will include a diverse mix of data entry, customer service, administrative support, and reporting tasks:

  • Data Entry of Claims Information: Accurately input and maintain claims data into our proprietary claims management systems, ensuring all information is captured in a timely and precise manner.
  • Follow-Up on Missing Information: Proactively reach out to internal teams, external partners, or claimants to gather any missing details required to successfully process each claim.
  • Invoice Review and Verification: Carefully review submitted invoices to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines before processing.
  • Report Compilation: Generate, compile, and distribute regular reports from our systems, summarizing claims information for management and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Support: Respond to inquiries from claimants, clients, and team members in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Administrative Coordination: Provide general administrative support to the claims coordination team, including document management, filing, and workflow optimization.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits of entered data to identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for process improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with claims adjusters, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous workflow efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older, or able to demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract.
  • Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those holding non-immigrant work visas (such as F, J, H, or L classifications), except in cases of documented skill shortages.
  • Background Check: Must be willing to submit to a background investigation. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of this process.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service, data entry, administrative, or related role.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with standard office software, web-based applications, and typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred).
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to identify errors, maintain accuracy, and follow through on tasks with precision.
