What You Will Do at arenaflex

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Agent working on behalf of arenaflex's valued clients, you will play a vital role in creating positive, lasting impressions during every customer engagement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Handling Inbound Calls: Receive incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Listen actively to understand customer needs, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and processes.
  • Making Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls on behalf of client organizations to confirm appointments, follow up on inquiries, promote products or services, and facilitate transactions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Facilitating Transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, update account information, and complete service requests while adhering to all compliance, security, and quality standards set by arenaflex and its clients.
  • Promoting Products and Services: Confidently introduce and explain the value of client offerings, helping customers discover solutions that meet their needs while maintaining a consultative and respectful approach.
  • Creating Positive Customer Engagements: Go beyond resolving the immediate issue by leaving every customer feeling heard, valued, and confident in the organization being represented.
  • Documenting Interactions: Accurately log all call details, customer feedback, and resolution notes within arenaflex's CRM and call management systems.
  • Adhering to Scripts and Compliance Guidelines: Follow approved call scripts, disclosure requirements, and regulatory guidelines to ensure every interaction meets the legal and brand standards of both arenaflex and our clients.

  • Bi-Weekly Pay Cycles: Reliable, consistent paychecks every two weeks, with on-demand access to view your earnings at any time.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose from full-time or part-time hours, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Once your training period concludes, weekend availability becomes an option, giving you the freedom to design a schedule that fits your life.
  • Minimum Hours Guarantee: Work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunities to scale up based on availability and program demand.
  • Virtual Certification Training: Receive paid, structured virtual training that prepares you for success, complete with the tools and knowledge needed to confidently represent arenaflex's clients from day one.

Please note: This position does not include medical, dental, or health insurance benefits. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits planning.

Essential Qualifications and Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience and to meet the security and operational standards of arenaflex and its clients, all candidates must meet the following hardware, software, and connectivity requirements before beginning employment:

Hardware and Software Requirements

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 only (Mac, Chrome OS, and Linux are not supported).
  • Memory: A minimum of 8GB RAM (with at least 4GB available for use).
  • Processor: Intel or AMD processor.
  • Monitor: A minimum 14-inch screen is required; dual monitors are strongly recommended for productivity.
  • Security: Windows Defender antivirus and Firewall must be enabled at all times.
  • Peripherals: A USB wired headset (wireless headsets are not compatible), external speakers or functional computer sound, an external wired mouse, and a webcam are all required.

Internet and Connectivity Requirements

  • High-Speed Internet: A United States-based, stable high-speed internet connection is required. Cloud-based internet services are not accepted.
  • Wired Connection: A direct wired Ethernet connection from your computer to your router or modem is mandatory. Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted.
  • Speed Requirements: A minimum of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed is required.
  • Prohibited Connection Types: Mobile hotspots (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.), satellite internet, and VPNs are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Location of ISP: Your internet service provider must be located within the United States or its territories.

Telephone Requirements

  • Phone Verification: While arenaflex's call systems do not use your personal phone line for actual customer calls, you must have access to a phone to receive PIN verification calls as part of our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process.
  • Acceptable Phone Types: A cell phone is preferred, but a landline is also acceptable for verification purposes.

Other Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must successfully pass a skill assessment prior to onboarding.
  • Must pass a background check with timely submission of all required documentation.
  • Must demonstrate outstanding communication skills, including clear verbal articulation, active listening, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Must establish a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office workspace.
  • Must embrace a commitment to continuous learning and professional self-improvement.
