Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Recruiter focused on Customer Service talent, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of roles, from entry‑level support agents to seasoned team leads. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Full‑cycle recruiting: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle—from job requisition intake to offer acceptance—for customer service positions across multiple client accounts.
  • Sourcing strategy development: Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing plans using job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), niche forums, and professional networking events.
  • Candidate engagement: Conduct proactive outreach, nurture relationships, and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with current and future staffing needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2‑3 years of proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a comparable hiring role, with a focus on customer service or contact‑center environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, equal opportunity regulations, and best practices in candidate privacy.
