Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, high‑energy Manager, Data & Analytics Visualizations to join the arenaflex North America Digital Services team. This remote‑first position will serve as the “Perception Chief,” responsible for translating complex data sets into clear, actionable business insights. You will partner closely with product owners, data engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain visual analytics solutions that drive performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of analytics products for the North America Business Unit, ensuring that data visualizations align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and cross‑functional partners to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and prioritize deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tools, adhering to best practices for usability and performance.
• Integrate and harmonize data from multiple internal and external sources—including Nielsen, market research, sales, volume, and revenue datasets—ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for analytics consumers, providing training, documentation, and support to promote self‑service analytics across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in data collection, recommending enhancements to data pipelines, and championing the adoption of emerging analytics technologies.
• Maintain a strong focus on storytelling: distill complex analytical findings into concise, business‑focused narratives that highlight key insights and actionable recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven expertise with Power BI (or equivalent) including data modeling, DAX formulas, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large, heterogeneous data sets.
• Demonstrated experience working with relational databases and query languages such as SQL, as well as data preparation tools like Alteryx or similar.
