As a Remote Business Development Manager at arenaflex, you will be the catalyst that connects high‑value corporate accounts with our premium travel services. You will work closely with the Outreach team, Sales, Marketing, and the Customer Service Center to drive revenue, expand market share, and deliver exceptional experiences that keep our partners coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Growth: Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate travel opportunities that align with arenaflex’s growth objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring mutual benefit and sustained partnership.
  • Product Promotion: Present arenaflex vacation packages and travel solutions to corporate clients, highlighting unique features and ROI.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet both client needs and arenaflex profitability targets.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and the Customer Service Center to execute joint initiatives and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development plans, including targeted outreach, promotional strategies, and territory management.
  • Travel Industry Insight: Stay current on travel trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position arenaflex as a market leader.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in travel industry sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing corporate travel contracts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and analytical thinking.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Location & Work Schedule

This is a full‑time, remote position based in the United States.
