Product Management Director – Innovation Solutions
Job Description:
- Define, launch, and scale Rimini Street’s next-generation Innovation Solutions
- Translate market, customer, and delivery insights into clearly defined service offers
- Own product roadmaps for assigned Innovation Solutions
- Lead the productization of Innovation Solutions into clear, repeatable service packages
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop positioning and messaging
- Monitor market trends in Agentic AI, ERP modernization, and low-code/no-code platforms
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leaders on roadmap progress
Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in Product Management, Service Design, or Productized Services roles
- Experience building and scaling enterprise software or services offerings
- Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Workday) and/or ServiceNow platforms
- Experience translating emerging technologies (AI, automation, modernization) into sellable, deliverable offers
- Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments
