SAP ABAP HCM Consultant (ECP, SuccessFactors & Kronos) Location: US Remote MUST HAVE ECP, SuccessFactors & Kronos) EXPERINCE. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Human Resources (HCM), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors, and Kronos integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting HR-related SAP applications, interfaces, reports, forms, and payroll solutions while collaborating with functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions for SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Develop and enhance HR reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, and custom programs. Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, Kronos, and SAP HCM systems. Develop and maintain inbound/outbound interfaces using APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData services, and middleware platforms. Support payroll, time management, personnel administration, and organizational management processes. Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with HR best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to HR, payroll, SuccessFactors, and Kronos integrations. Create technical specifications, unit test scripts, and support documentation. Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore teams. Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and enhancement projects. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience. Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR modules. Hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors integrations. Experience integrating Kronos Workforce Management with SAP HR/ECP. Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, Reports, Enhancements, User Exits, BADIs, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts. Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, OData, and API integrations. Knowledge of payroll schemas, payroll processes, and HR master data. Experience in debugging and performance tuning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or SAP Integration Suite. Experience in S/4HANA environments. Exposure to SAP Fiori and UI5 development. Knowledge of HR Time Management and Benefits Administration. SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM certifications preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have

Experience with global payroll implementations. Experience supporting multinational HR environments. Prior experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central to ECP integrations. Experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central.
