Position Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with accurate and helpful information about their pharmacy benefit plans. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls from members who have questions about prescription insurance coverage, medication options, and mail order services. Key Responsibilities

  • Member Support: Assist members with understanding their pharmacy benefit plans, coverage details, and medication options.
  • Call Handling: Efficiently manage inbound calls from members, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Address member concerns related to prescription insurance, coverage limitations, and mail order prescriptions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and issue resolutions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA regulations and governmental standards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, hospitality, or similar environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Windows-based applications and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Location: Must reside within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Reliability: Dependable attendance and adherence to scheduling standards.
  • Training Commitment: Available to complete 8 weeks of on-site training at the Las Vegas facility.

Scheduling & Flexibility
