[Remote] Marketing Operations Associate - NA HOKA

Deckers Brands is a company committed to diversity and inclusion, and they are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate for the HOKA North America Integrated Marketing team. This role involves managing processes and projects to ensure the efficiency of brand marketing operations and supporting administrative tasks across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project timelines, templates, and recaps in an organized fashion
  • Manage reporting dashboards and organize documents for reporting requests (monthly, quarterly, seasonally, yearly)
  • Source and organize North America-specific seasonal information, requests, and details for inclusion in NA communications
  • Organize SharePoint, Asana, deck templates, and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Support other needs across the Integrated Marketing Team as necessary

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years related marketing experience; footwear/fitness industry experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Asana a plus
  • Effective communicator, able to prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and colleagues
  • Experience working in complex organizations, satisfying diverse needs, and managing competing priorities
  • Highly motivated, team player, and self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to assist with event and promotion execution
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Positive, energetic working style
  • Knowledgeable in current fitness/running industry trends
  • Seeks out competitor data/activity and inspiration from other industries
  • Footwear/fitness industry experience
