We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter who’s excited to drive talent acquisition for a growing company supporting critical energy infrastructure. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process while building deep candidate pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting NETA Technicians, P&C Technicians or Field Engineers, or Power Systems Engineers in the Energy sector. What You’ll Do: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding Source and engage passive candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals Develop tailored recruiting strategies based on market trends and workforce needs Promote a positive candidate experience and represent RMS Energy’s employer brand Track recruitment metrics to assess sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire Stay current on industry hiring trends and compensation benchmarks Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices and candidate pipelines Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate onboarding handoffs Travel to career fairs, industry conferences, or other recruiting events The Experience We’re Looking For: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the power or energy sector Strong passive sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry forums, and social networks Experience hiring for technical and field-based roles within a fast-paced or high-growth environment Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and act on recruitment KPIs Additional Requirements: Able to work independently in a remote environment Willing to travel 30%+ to sites or industry events as needed Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Bonus Points for: Experience recruiting for engineering, substation, or high-voltage energy projects Prior experience supporting a fast-growing consulting or field services company Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and government contractor hiring regulations Experience implementing or improving diversity-focused recruitment strategies SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, or other relevant certifications Why Join RMS Energy: We’re not just another power services company.
