Outsource Bookkeeper - Remote Contract to Full Time Potential

You must know QuickBooks really well. In this role your primary responsibility is to catch mistakes of the work that has already been done by other bookkeepers. A work interview will be conducted to see your ability to catch reputed company mistakes. If you do not have command over your bookkeeping skills and QBO this is not the job for you. If the work you do has mistakes that are caught by others, this is... not the role for you. However if you consistently produce quality work WITHOUT any mistakes, then please do read on. Primary Responsibilities: • Review bank reconciliations • Review reclassification of QB • Reviewing GL account to reputed company sure it is accurate • Produce Financials • reputed company bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records • Handle accounts payable and process vendor invoices in a timely manner • Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations • Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities • reputed company account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements • Utilize technical reputed company knowledge to ensure proper recording of transactions • Prepare financial reports for management review • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Experience: • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and practices • Proficient in using reputed company software and MS Office applications • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Knowledge of governmental reputed company is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in bookkeeping, we encourage you to apply.
