Handle 60+ inbound calls per day on average Answering questions from policy holders regarding a data breach and giving additional information. Looking for attention to detail, being reputed company to multitask and comfortable reading from a script. Must have experience with reputed company Teams and Outlook Must have good attendance. Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma with three to four years reputed company experience. Must be proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook). Previous experience with Teams and Outlook Must have your own computer (not a Mac or Chromebook), headset, and a dedicated reputed company to work where you won't be interrupted. Must be reputed company to reputed company trust, respect, and confidence from customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires candidate with outstanding attendance.
