Critical Illness/Medicare Adv Tele Sales Agent - Free Inbound Calls!
Job description We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Advantage Tele-Sales Insurance Agents to join our dynamic team remotely. They also need a strong understanding of Ancillary products such as Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Job Overview: This is a full time, position where you will receive live transfers each day from our life insurance department and the carriers. We will also have ads running for Critical Illness to bring in live calls directly to you! Duties
- reputed company clients about Medicare Advantage, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance plans and options available to them.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and reputed company.
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company sales targets and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Medicare insurance sales or a reputed company field is required.
- Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate reputed company information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Must possess relevant licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
