Teleaudiologist
Position Summary The TeleAudiology Provider delivers comprehensive remote audiology services to patients and clinic staff reputed company a secure video platform. This role functions as an extension of the in-clinic care team, providing reputed company-time clinical, technical, and sales support to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and a seamless care experience. The provider performs a full scope of audiology services remotely, replicating the in-person experience through virtual care.
Key Responsibilities
Remote Clinical Care & Patient Management
- Conduct patient evaluations, consultations, and follow-up care reputed company video
- Support and guide in-clinic staff through hearing assessments and testing procedures remotely
- Interpret test results and provide accurate clinical diagnoses
- Recommend appropriate hearing aids and treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide patient counseling on hearing loss, device use, expectations, and care
- Deliver ongoing support for adjustments, concerns, and patient satisfaction
Remote Sales & Treatment Support
- Guide patients through the hearing aid selection and purchasing process reputed company video
- Partner with clinic staff to support case acceptance and improve conversion rates

- Provide remote verification support and ensure proper device fitting and performance
Technical Troubleshooting & Support

Clinic & Staff Collaboration

Program Development & Process Improvement
