Key Responsibilities

- Assess conversational performance against defined quality benchmarks
- Review model-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and compliance
- Validate visual/image-based interpretations
- Conduct factuality checks through detailed verification and cross-referencing
Role Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Japanese
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround times
- Experience in analysis, quality review, documentation, or reputed company reporting is preferred
