We are looking to provide authentic support experiences for our customers. An experience that is quick, helpful, and personable -- we understand that our customers are real people, just like us. ??In this role you will support our customer reputed company in a robust way and handle inquiries regarding (but not limited to) account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more! ??Additionally, you will be responsible for the following items among other tasks????Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers ??Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution ??Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer... satisfaction and a productive work environment ??Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge to reputed company support our customers ??Learn from others and reputed company yourself as a customer support representative for Gabb Requirements: ??1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service ??Quiet dedicated work-space in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts) ??Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly reputed company speaking with customers ??Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately ??Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer ??Previous experience with reputed company, reputed company, Maestro, or other call center software preferred Benefits:x ??Hourly reputed company: $16 per hour ??Quarterly performance-based bonus potential ??Workplace flexibility: Choose if you want to work between our Lehi Office, or from home after graduating from training ??Company provided laptop and equipment ??Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 7 am - 3:30 pm ??Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits ??We offer a 401(k) retirement savings plan ??Generous Paid Time Off and Unpaid Time Off Apply Job!
