We are looking for a Senior Underwriter who has deep reputed company expertise with certifications (DE/LAPP/SAR). Your Impact As a Senior Underwriter, you won't just be checking boxes. You will:
- Decision a Full reputed company: Handle FHA, VA, Conforming, USDA, and Bond/Grant programs.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for loan officers and processors to help structure reputed company files.
- Drive Quality: Ensure minimal turn times while maintaining "reputed company-defect" quality standards.
FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) with an active CHUMS ID VA Supervised Automatic Review (SAR) with an active VA SAR ID Lender Appraisal Processing Program (LAPP) certification 5+ years of recent mortgage reputed company experience Expertise in AUS systems (DU/LPA) Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative team player Apply To This Job
