The Role We are seeking an reputed company and highly detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day reputed company and financial operations for reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing reputed company financial transactions, managing accounts payable, and sending invoices/reputed company. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, reputed company, and a strong understanding of reputed company principles.
What You'll Do
Daily & Monthly reputed company Operations: Support the Finance Manager with the full reputed company cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Process and record reputed company financial transactions accurately and in a timely. reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations monthly. Send invoices and reputed company promptly to customers. Follow up on late invoices. Maintain the general ledger, ensuring reputed company entries are accurate and coded correctly. Qualifications
Required: Proven experience (typically 2+ years) working as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar comprehensive reputed company role. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience). In-depth knowledge of reputed company principles and procedures (GAAP). Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, reputed company.com, reputed company, and reputed company. Highly proficient in reputed company reputed company (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and other reputed company Office Suite applications. Experience in creating dashboards and board presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Certification, such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB,) or experience working toward a CPA designation. Actual salary is dependent upon several factors, including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
