Your mission Drive business development activities and acquire new customers in the Italian utility-scale solar market, while supporting business growth across the Balkans region. Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs. Regularly visit customers, project sites, and industry partners across Italy and the Balkans. Your profile Several years of successful sales or business development experience reputed company the utility-scale solar industry. Strong existing network with EPCs, developers, IPPs, investors, or other key players in the Italian solar market. Experience selling technical solutions or components for utility-scale solar projects; experience with mounting structures is a strong advantage. Proven track record in winning and developing customer relationships and large-scale solar projects. Strong commercial and negotiation skills. Fluent in Italian (Native) and English (Professional); additional language(s) are a plus. Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
